just green with envy
So, I bundled up and went out to search for green. Even in the dead of winter, the best place to find green is, well, the garden. And lemme tell ya', there wasn't much! But here's what I DID find.
The green-eyed mooster. I'm as much in love with Winky (short for Bullwinkle) now as when I first laid eyes on him!
And who wouldn't be all cozy in here, with a nice downy nest?
But this was about the only green I actually found IN my garden. Depressing!
Can't wait to see what everyone else came up with!

Lovely greens, especially for Mid-Winter!

Your greens are the only ones I've seen so far today. All the green here is under the blanket of snow that is falling. I need to get my camera out and try to make one of these color days!

I looked. I really did. Other than the general pallor of my skin, there was no green in my entire day. I did have a dream last night though. I dreamed that I was chopping green peppers on a green ceramic plate and as the sun was setting I realized that I had to find my camera before I lost the light. :)
